Texas Alliance of Child and Family Services (TACFS) worked with The Label Collective to bring their website out of an alternate CMS solution into WordPress, allowing for the opportunity to also update their user experience and design.
CHALLENGE
The Texas Alliance of Child and Family Services (TACFS) required a refresh for a website that serves as a go-to resource for children, youth, and families across Texas experiencing physical abuse, neglect, poverty, domestic violence, substance abuse, and more. Their existing online presence needed to be more user-friendly, clearly communicate their resources and advocacy efforts, and effectively engage their diverse stakeholders.

The Label Collective partnered with TACFS to redesign their website with a focus on improved navigation, accessibility, and visual clarity. We streamlined the information architecture to make it easier for members, partners, and the public to find the resources they need. The design incorporated a warm and professional aesthetic to build trust and highlight the organization’s vital work.

The refreshed website provides TACFS with a more effective platform to connect with their audience, share valuable resources, and advocate for their cause. The improved user experience and clear communication enhance their ability to support member organizations and ultimately better serve vulnerable children and families across Texas.
It was important that the new site was searchable between multiple years and topics, as well as become easier to manage internally when updates were needed.
