We believe design should be a partnership, not just another service. Our agile creative studio model delivers a full-service alternative to the traditional agency. We plug into businesses that need a complete creative team, those who need in-house support, and even those who need help with a single project or two.
A COLLECTIVE MODEL
Customized virtual teams
Our approach is simple: we reach out to our partner network of small businesses and experienced solopreneurs to customize a team that makes the most sense for you, your business, and your budget. You end up with the services you need, when you need them, with the right set of collaborators.
An Open Culture
Wine, food, dogs & sci-fi
At work, we come together through coffee shop meetings, quarterly lunches, Slack channels, and our annual Birthmas party. Outside of work, we are committed to donating a minimum of 5% of our annual services to non-profit organizations in our community, and continue to sponsor other initiatives we believe in.

A few of the brands we have partnered with
Kristin and Erin helped us with our company's content design for TechCrunch Disrupt Battlefield NYC 2016. We enjoyed working with them and were particularly impressed with how organized they were. We liked their quality of work, dedication, commitment so much that we also keep referring them to our friends. The Label Collective is a great team!subbu ramaCEO, Bitfusion
As a startup, there is no greater urgency than trying to tell your story to the world, which includes potential customers, investors and employees. The Label Collective has helped us every step of the way in bringing our story to life. Whether it was analyzing market data or turning use cases into beautiful designs for mobile and web applications, TLC has been a valued partner throughout the entire journey, from the very beginning. I've learned so much from Erin and the rest of the TLC team and I'm grateful that they have been able to guide me down the right path to come up with a MVP that will lead us to success!Deven HariyaniFounder/CEO, Kwaddle
The Label Collective was a true partner. They listened and took time to learn and experience our culture. Erin & Kristin were patient and resilient when receiving client feedback. The end product is impressive and garners “ooohs” and “ahhhhhs” by people touring.Jason SchultzDirector of Worldwide Facilities, Bazaarvoice
The Label Collective and their partners were integral in the creation and production of our premier thought leadership asset. They were able to assist us through all stages of the project, from conception to launch of the asset, and provided great insight along the way. The project involved a number of challenges in varying degrees that were addressed by a thoughtful marketing driven approach within a design-forward thinking framework. Though only just launched, we’re already planning the next version of the asset and looking forward to working with The Label Collective again.Dan ReadeCreative Director, Bazaarvoice
I've worked with multiple marketing firms, and Label Collective is one of the few that actually meet deadlines on their deliverables. They have a great project management approach that actually works and helps keep our internal team on track.James FosterVP of Marketing and Sales Solutions, ePatientFinder
The Label Collective is, by far, the best marketing services company we have ever used, and we have worked with several. Both the creative work and operational support have been excellent. They integrated exceptionally well with our other creative resources, and delivered a wide range of products, from video, to trade show property, to MarCom materials, on time and on budget. We will not hesitate to call on them again for future work.John ZimmererSenior Director, Marketing, Topdown Systems
